For Immediate Release
THE END TO APPEAR ON CANADIAN NATIONAL CBC RADIO
Relapse Records recording artists THE END will appear on Canadian National Radio (CBC) as part of a focus feature on "Canadian Heavy Metal". The piece will air as part of CBC Radio One's "Definitely Not The Opera" program this Saturday, May 22 just after the station's 3:00 PM news break. THE END will be a focus of the national radio piece alongside heralded Canadian metal act VOIVOD and noted Canadian music journalist Martin Popoff. The overview was conceived and written by music journalist Greg Pratt. The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation was created as a Crown Corporation in 1936 and is Canada's largest cultural institution. The network is home to four commercial-free national radio networks as well as two national television networks.
