Some lifestyle that you don't approve of just leave them alone and live your own life. Focus on living the life you want to live instead of telling other people how they should live.

If you think they are just doing it for attention then just leave them alone because you are only feeding into the dynamic.

Either way from what you've said you believe it still doesn't make sense that you should harass these people or tell them how to live. You wouldn't like it if people were telling you what music you can and cannot listen to.
