PORTSMOUTH — The four suspects arrested in connection with an incident in which a mini bike and an all terrain four-wheeler were stolen from a secured building on Little Harbor Road are now facing additional charges.
Arrested on Sept. 26, the four were initially charged with receiving stolen property. All four are scheduled for probable cause hearings in Portsmouth District Court on all the charges.
Sarah B. Stroger, 27, of 38 Eliot Road Apartment C, Kittery, Maine, is charged with receiving stolen property, theft by unauthorized taking and criminal liability for conduct of another.
Francis C. Tobias, 22, of 11 Laurel Land, Somersworth is charged with receiving stolen property and burglary.
Gannon L. Mccarthy, 20, of 475 F.W. Hartford Drive, Portsmouth is charged with receiving stolen property and burglary.
Julian Armstrong, 23, of 42 Oyster River Road, Durham, is charged with two counts of receiving stolen property and burglary
