We've decided to come out of hibernation and are looking to play some more shows...hopefully with bands that don't suck ass...because we're real sick of being told we're assholes because we didn't stick around to watch some crappy bands...any and all suggestions would be awesome and we will do our best to rip shit up accordingly if you would like to acquire our services

Not trying to be a jerk here, but that attitude is not gona encourage people to want to help you out. I'm not sure what local bands you've played with, but if I were in one of them I'd be wondering if you just insulted me.
When you're asking for something, it's probably better to be a nice guy and not to say stuff that may insult other people.
