(a) eat horrible food
(b) defecate the remnants of the above wrapped in intestinal lining
(c) probably consume no fiber

If you eat fruit, oats, bran, on a regular basis, you'll be just fine and won't poop one of those serpentine faecal monsters.

i eat a fucking mixing bowl of raisin bran 5 days out of the week and i've never had digestive problems, i always feel like a million bucks in that department. my ex-gf has always had problems (she ate/eats mostly junk food and crap) and tried colonix or something similar, and it didn't do a damn thing for her.
