Though I do enjoy Type O, Carnivore is more in the style of music I like, and Retaliation is one of the best albums ever made.

yeah there is no comparison. they are two completely different bands. both are incredible in their own aspects.

Carnivore was cool, but Type O is one of the best bands ever. Ask anyone the first band they think of when they hear the term "gothic metal", and nine times out of ten, they'll say Type O.

One of the most enjoyable things we do as a band is get stoned as fuck and play "Wolf Moon", "Greenman", "World Coming Down", I Don't Wanna Be Me", etc. etc. etc. Never gets old, to play or to listen to.

carnivore all the way. i remember skinheads use to go crazy when they played the song SMD. they were a huge skater band, like the east coast version of suicidal tendencies but a lot tougher! type o was the worst band...

i enjoy both bands, although i don't listen to either of them that much these days. i liked the faster, punkier songs on the last type o album, like "i don't wanna be me" and "i like goils". those were rockin tunes.
