anthony, i am there. literally, i am waiting outside of the venue right now.

the only way i know from 93 to get there is if you're taking 93 north, take exit 9 which is the burgin parkway exit. take a right at the 2nd set of lights after you get off the exit, and stay on that road until you get to the north quincy t station, where you will take a right onto hancock st. billings road will be on the right very shortly.

unfortunately from 93 south the exit number is different. i believe it's exit 11 but don't quote me on that. you also have to follow signs to quincy which involves a few weird turns.

Google says the following, from 93 southbound for anyone else who's coming from the north:

Exit 12 (Rt. 3A south)
Merge onto Gallivan Blvd towards Neponset/Quincy
Slight right onto Neponset Ave aka Rt. 3A south
Go over the Neponset Bridge
Continue straight as the road turns into Hancock St.
Turn right onto Billings St.
