it's a cool internet radio thing. Put in a band or song you want to start with and it gives you the next song based on your tastes. If it puts up something shitty give it a thumbs down and the thing starts to get a better idea of what your musical taste is like. Started with Anal Cunt got to Vader.

I also have a channel that started with "Yes" so I can get all the sweet prog rock songs I need to justify my poor eyesight and aptitude at math.

don't panic, when you play around with this for awhile you have to register. But it's free and you don't lose the playlists you had going.

wow, I can't believe that my "Rotten Sound Radio" station is the one that has had the most metalcore. Yikes.

Converge had better results than this.

I think I reposted it the third time...it kinda pisses me off cause it plays mostly just new stuff and the suggestions are usually awful, but it does the trick in a pinch.

right now my death metal station is the only really consistent thing. It's actually very good. Along with some of my non-metal selections.

I used to have pandora as one of my home tabs, and anytime someone would open a browser, they would be Cannibal Corpsed and have NO idea how to shut it off.

i started with Opeth and has so far led to the following bands - Daylight Dies, Dissection, and Bathory

wow, this is pretty cool so far. I like the little descriptions it starts you off with. The first band I tried, it pretty much summed up EXACTLY why I like that particular band.

wow. Dragonforce, to Symphony X, to Riot, to Helloween. It's like the thing is saying "hey, this guy likes generic dragonforce style powermetal, lets slowly work him into the REAL stuff." Pretty cool. Whoever said that they only play newer stuff was a little off, I've already seen some tracks from the early 90's late 80's.

okay, this officially wins. It just played me a song from Doug Pinnick's new band "The Mob". And I didn't even know he HAD a new band. I really like this concept.

oh crap, I didn't even notice. It's Doug Pinnick, but he's just singing. It's fucking Kip WINGER on bass. wow. That's sad, and kinda suprising.

I put in Lucretia by Megadeth and got Disturbed.

I just put in The Mars Volta. 2 songs in, I got Iron Maiden.

my pantera station didnt play any pantera until like 10 songs later.

i was jsut fucking with this for 10 minutes when i realized my speakers were off....

you dont set it to play songs from an artist...it plays songs that may sound like the artist you enter
