Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't "a la" french for "at the"?

Jag talar svenska bara lite. Jag älskar det!

Just a little correction, "svensk" means "swedish" as in "I am swedish". the language "swedish" as in "Speak swedish" (what you said) is "svenska". I am such a pompous ass. Here is a translation of the above: I speak swedish only a little. I love it!

heh nice...thanks for the correction...my old boss was swedish and when they used to send me to europe.. i was always with Swedes, italians, austrians, germans & the French...always a blast

and i learned the red bull and vodka from my swedish friends..heh

i miss my old job only because of the people..it was awesome (oh and i'm not talking about flight attendant job), i mean worknig as a translator..good times...

Have you ever been to Sweden?

No never, but I might be going in the summer of 2005!!! ...such a long time from now. I have swedish blood (lots of it), so that is why I learned swedish. So you translated from french to english right (or vice versa also)?

That's awesome! I wanna learn as many lanquages as possible in one lifetime. Hahaha. I am only in highschool, but eventually when I am older (like 50s or 60s) I want to move to Sweden and teach English. That would be fun.

Hmmm... exchange student eh? I don't know, I don't know the language good enough yet. I also am not so sure what I want to do in college. Probably music. Music is the passion of passions. I don't want to go to the conservatory though. If I do go to college for music it will definately be Berkeley.
