So while I'm waiting for the new cd to be mastered and pressed I'm looking into ways to sell it DIY. What I'd like to do, ideally, is have a link from our Myspace directly to a paypal checkout like I've seen some bands and labels do.
Does anyone here have any experience with this sort of stuff? Is it easy to setup? Is it worth the charges? Would you reccomend something else? Can I eat a slice of pizza without being harrassed by a convicted murderer's roomate?
yes, very easy.
the charges are just the cost of the paypal charge (1.9% to 2.9% + $0.30 USD). I did it for my hoodies. all you have to do is add the band email to your paypal and then create a store.

Or you could just stop sucking. That tends to move a lot of CDs, too.
