I don't know if this is supposed to turn into a joke later on in the thread, but I think marketing a product to allow people to more comfortably drive drunk is stupid.

Listen man, I understand your point..but I've got more than a few friends with DUIs and a few who have lost family members to drunk drivers and that shit is no joke. If you fail a breathalyzer, it's your own fault and you probably should've though of that before you decided to get hammered and cruise around. see? its easy. im not trying to attack you or anything with this, im just saying that i dont really believe these are factual statistics you are referencing and that i dont agree with some of what you said. i DO believe that the blood alcohol limit should be a little higher, but they arent gonna change that. i can probably blow a high number on a breathalizer and not be anywhere near as drunk and incoherent as someone that blew a lower number and that is a smaller person.

all in all... if you dont want to get a ticket or go to jail dont get obliterated before you drive. a lot of the times with any situation you find yourself in with a cop that pulled you over, they know before hand whether or not they are gonna ticket you/take you in and if they dont have that determined, dont give them a reason to. its about half and half your judgement and the cop's incentive.
