It's virtually impossible. Obama promised Detroit that he'd bring the jobs back to the factories; that he'd save the car companies from collapsing. It's impoissble only because they're already fucked, even before he enters office.
We are witnessing the fall of Detroit my friends. American cars are going to be non-existant in the near future.
What are you to do? Well, there's a few solutions:
1.) Buy Japanese
2.) Buy a horse+feed and ride horses again
3.) ride your bike
4.) take the train
5.) buy electric mopeds
