Good flick right here. Enojoyed it for the fact that congessman Wilson does not hide, too much, his bullshit. And kudo's to Phillip Seymour hoffman for a great performance. my favorite scene is Charlie Wilson (Tom hanks) and PSH in Wilson's office talking shop on how to defeat the Soviets in Afganistan, and Charlie Wilson asks him, "do you drink", and seymour Hoffman, says in a mellow voice, "oh god yes". Why this cracked me up was the subtelty (once again SP?) of it. Check this flick out. saw it twice, and it was great. Watching it again now. Maybe I appreciate this movie more than others because I grew up in the 70's and 80's? I don't know, but it strikes a cord with me. Fuck the Soviets.

Oh yeah, and cocaine use is fun too in the film. with hookers!
