Things could change any minute though, and some high ranking official could decide they need someone from my department to stay until midnight and that would be me. I'm off from tomorrow until january 5th, and it doesn't even count toward my vacation time. So I shouldn't be complaining that bad. It's just kind of a kick in the dick when Christmas eve is this assumed day off for just about everyone in my department but me. Oh well, I get to save up my vacation days to do ridiculous shit while they're all home untangling Christmas lights.

I'm back in Rhode Island for the rest of the week, I worked Monday and that was it. A few other people I worked with had asked for today off and I don't think jack shit got booked for jobs today anyway so anyone that's working will probably have a half day as well.
