Dr. Wilhelm Moser of the American Association on Mental Retardation today submitted a research paper to the Journal of the American Medical Association classifying those who support Obama as developmentally disabled. "The subjects appear to show no signs of recognizing the world around them, instead living in a fantasy land where a man known as Barack Obama descends from the heavens and solves all their problems," the doctor noted in his paper.
