new songs?
from the COMA imprint?

toggletoggle post by blue nli at Apr 1,2004 10:26am
no....from their new album, you can find two songs online....almost nu metal. the rhythms are sub par in comparison to even 300 % density.

the songs on the coma imprint are rerecorded/remastered versions from their 1st cd 'beyond reasonable doubt'.

toggletoggle post by joostin at Apr 1,2004 11:31am
in dire need is no longer playing due to people getting married

Fall of decrepitude would like to appologize for not showing up to the show. One of our members got called into work and it was not possible for us to show up on time. We are sorry to the show bookers and to the people who came to see us ,we'll have more shows in the future and we appologize for today.

toggletoggle post by the_reverend   at Apr 5,2004 12:43am

one of the few: they were ok. it was cool too cause they sat around for almost all the other bands.

raising kubrick: they rocked. man, such a mix of so many influences. and the pa hard trouble keeping up with sarah's voice.

that band with no name: they were ok. the clean vocals weren't annoying. I think some of their stuff was improved.

kurixis: same tracks as the other night, but this time I could hear the impressive guitar work on the newer tracks.

the network: after loosing basically all their to a flood, they played on. it didn't sound as good cause of that, but i was still petty intense. it also didn't help that the mic wasn't working.

conifer: they set up on the floor in the corner so they started playing imediately when the_network stopped. as always, they were amazing.

toggletoggle post by phantos   at Apr 5,2004 2:05am
personally... even with the loss of the flood... I thought the Network sounded great.

toggletoggle post by phantos   at Apr 5,2004 2:10am
you know... the great things about your pics... (besides them being great..) they always remind me to get a haircut.

toggletoggle post by Joe/NotCommon   at Apr 5,2004 10:02am
Other then half the bands cancelling the day of the show (which is the gayest thing ever), and me being the only person there, it was a fun time.

toggletoggle post by soilworker  at Apr 5,2004 11:13am
thanks to the bands that showed up you all rocked it sucks about the turnout but oh well not much i can do it was still fun.

ohh, I didn't think they had released any songs yet.

and their first album was 'surrealistic madness' not 'b.r.d.' so some of the songs on the imprint disc are from s.r.

sucks that the bands who did show up had to play in an empty hall. I saw the breathing process at a show in ct the night before. I wonder why they didn't show? what happend to in dire need?

toggletoggle post by Joe/NotCommon   at Apr 5,2004 11:31am
In Dire Need cancelled last week, I am not sure why.
I have no idea why those other bands didn't show up, but out of like 4 bands I doubt they all had good reasons.

toggletoggle post by RustedAngel at Apr 5,2004 11:34am
probably not, so what 3 bands just didn't show? didn't even contact anyone about it?

toggletoggle post by succubus  at Apr 5,2004 11:37am
it was a benefit show for a GREAT cause, we were happy to donate...i don't know if it cost $$$ to put on the show but if so, i hope they ended up with money to donate

toggletoggle post by Joe/NotCommon   at Apr 5,2004 11:37am
I think some of those bands called the guy around 3, when the show was originally suppose to start.

toggletoggle post by RustedAngel at Apr 5,2004 11:38am
retarded.

toggletoggle post by Joe/NotCommon   at Apr 5,2004 11:42am
One time at one of my shows, one of the bands was there but then left and didn't come back (before the show started).
There was a good crowd at the show, about 40 people. It was some stupid band, I think it's kind of funny. I hooked them up on the show as a favour to someone, even though I hate their music. I still don't know why they took off. Oh well.

Note to promoters, Days Gone By was this band.

toggletoggle post by blue  at Apr 5,2004 3:38pm
>>and their first album was 'surrealistic madness' not 'b.r.d.' so some of the songs on the imprint disc are from s.r.>>

my bad, i actually knew that.

besides way too many bands cancelling on the day of the show (way to be unprofessional), i thought it was fun regardless. huge thanks go out to josh for putting the show and i hope to hear him booking more in the future.

toggletoggle post by Kalopsia   at Apr 5,2004 6:29pm

was that the entire crowd for the show?

toggletoggle post by anonymous at Apr 5,2004 7:42pm
the band Hearless Advice broke up the night before the show.

our guitarist mother got remarried, and our drummer's family(including him) attended

toggletoggle post by soilworker  at Apr 5,2004 8:38pm
i know i will be doing more shows in the future but all i know is i lost about 300 bucks so im dont have money to donate but i think im going to donate a little out of my pocket. i still had fun but for the bands that showed up thanks a whole lot! AT least i know who is reliable in the future.
