the edges around the girl look a little rough... get a blur tool on those things, STAT.

I just spent an hour making a million buttons after they ok'd my design...
and then I show them the results
them "Can you make them all wider? they don't look right"
me "you're having me make marroon and gray button!?! and now I have to make them all again?"

all I see is marroon now... fark!

spiffy logo. i dig it except for the ION behind it. Really takes away from the more powerful logo.

yeh i know i dont really like the green either but just the red logo itself seemed kind of plain for a shirt.

Not at all. The red logo is very busy and interesting on it's own. It's too dark. Maybe that's why you think it looks plain. Lighten it or consider another color shirt than black. Maybe if you centered the good logo over the ION and really faded the ION into the background so its not so prominent. Just my opinion.
