i drink a cup of this every morning. whether it's the detox or berry detox blend. Helps liver, kidney and intestinal organs digest and purify yo soul of toxins. Had my first cup yesterday after coming back from MDF.......WOW GUY. it actually makes me sick but i enjoy it cause i'm sweating my balls off, hacking up mucus and feeling sharper by the minute.

my doctor told me to take a Probiotic for some stomach pain i'd been having. HOLY FARTS! Made me take 4-5 smooth-no-need-to-wipe-but-I-did-anyways kind of dumps. A Probiotic increases the good bacteria and aids digestion. I'm thinking on detoxing soon though.
