The street is spelled wrong, but the house is right here (Google Streetview). But I think it's fake. Who would cut the footage after this happened? I think the court would want ALL the footage not only the short version.

What I don't understand is why this troll is trying so hard to argue with us..
I've worked allot of accidents, and a few "good" traumas, and the blood near her mouth is probably from her biting her mouth or toung on impact, and being forcefully sprayed when the car ran over her and caused her to expel the air in her lungs. Overall though I think it's fake just based on the video being perfectly edited, with no misspoken words or re-takes. Its not like the chick (huge fucking mouth any one?) would be thinking "Oh shit, I gotta run home to edit this all together for the jury for my impending manslaughter trial".

And the biggest giveaway that it's fake--camera goes down on the stairs which gives editing time to place the dead body beneath the car. Human beings don't bend that way when being hit. Not even at that speed. Camera was too steady when it was pointing down, too. The person holding the camera was not that frantic to match the cries.

Well, I did quite a bit of searching for any concrete links to the Gilland VS Sheri Lume, along with the case number, etc. I haven't found anything that can prove this is real. First of all, if this were "official court evidence", the minute it was discovered to have been posted, it would have been yanked from YouTube. Secondly, everyone here has summed it up well with their conclusions (not dropping the camera, no car damage, etc). There are various plug ins for video editors that allow you to do amazingly life like effects like this. I vote fake
