The Noise Board I think still exists but I don't think anything really gets posted there anymore. Lemmingtrail is more of a place for hipster jackoffs to talk about the ultimate pizza party hat and how hilarious Andrew WK is but there's that as well.

Lots of Noise is sign up to read (which is the only drawback), it is a GREAT source of information for stuff going on in Providence/Pawtucket, so if you care about what goes on here at all I'd check it out.
