3. Tell us about some shows and gigs you guys have done, have you played any festivals worth mentioning?

Unfortunately our live experience was short lived and tumultuous. But in a brief term we managed to create a great stir due to our bizarre live dramatics through the summer of 2011. We still get requests to go live three years later. A few shows can be found on youtube. We managed to perform only five shows through out the New England area. We would have gone on to do festivals had we held together longer. But drama was to ensue and spoil any further live advancements. Sadly, our local scene is made up of many (thankfully not all) cut throats and posers. Perhaps the reason why our scene is still relatively unheard of internationally. Low unification efforts.

What can people expect from Inverticrux in the future?

It is hard to say. Further tragedy recently struck the band when i chose to end my life last November on the day of my birth November 7th. Obviously my attempt had failed. So the band may live on yet. I spent the rest of that month in Boston General Hospital recovering from a 32 caliber gun shot wound to my head. I nearly died a number of times. I lost a great deal of blood. but amazingly i recovered almost fully. I suffer some permanent hearing loss, nerve damage, and a bullet lodged in my head for life. but with a great deal of counselling, love, and support of my friends and family. i expect to go on with life, Tattooing, and music with a different outlook on life. but always with a dark and bizarre approach.

Wonder if the permanent hearing loss will help with the tone deafness.
