getting in and out of the park will become increasingly difficult for law enforcement, and i'd wager that crime in that area would spike highly as a result. and it's already bad enough. cute idea, but meh.

on the upside, the high populous of depressed NYC residents will have a nice cliff to jump off of instead of dumping their bodies into the river off of the various bridges.
