to get to the trance buddha......it's on rt. 20 in shrewsbury. go 495 to the route 20 WEST exit. Follow rt 20 all the way into shrewsbury. Eventually you'll pass the Rainbow Lodge or something, it looks like a bunch of outhouses all painted different colors. Keep going straight and it'll be on your right. It's a big purple building with gay tiki statues out in front.

and be sure not to fall into the moon crater sized potholes at the entrance to the parking lot.

days gone by: There went really very many people there for this band. It was more of a band practice and less of a concert.

prisoner 13: straight out o' vermont. The singing sounded a little like rick ta life, but they didn't sing about unity and old school stuff.

killgrip: Boston rock. They also have 3-bands worth of dreds.

since the flood: Tight as hell. they rocked. I can't wait to hear the new demo.

back of tha neck: they sent happy birthday wishes to my gf. She totally loved that. Granted, she can take a hit better than my pussy ass. BOTN's sound is so full. There weren't even any fights! well... there actually was one fight...

worst fight: mike won once again, after a tree called him a faggot and said he liked the spin doctors, he beat the #@$# out of it. Take that nature! I'm sure all the fake trees are quaking.

here's my super valuable opinion of the show:
days gone by: could have been decent. loose that weiner crate head, it's all i can hear and i hate those. work on your song structure some more. it seems like it's not really going anywhere, although you've got some solid breakdowns. and the singer needs to figure out exactly what he's trying to do. it just sounds like you're not really sure what you're trying to go for. i dunno. work on it.

prisoner 13: Okay, so I see a Tree jacket and a Scissorfight shirt and I want to throw up. Then some boner who looks like a halfassed version of of the guy from ultraspank or (insert gay nu-metal band here) barking about massachusetts and the "mosh pit". Well lemme tell you something about "mosh pits" in massachusetts.....if we don't like your band, then we're not gonna dance. Yeah, I paid $7 to get into a show so I could have fun. But listening to some shitty nu-metal band try and fain an attempt at hardcore isn't fun at all. Just because I'm at a show doesn't mean Im under any obligation to like your band or dance. And antigonizing people isn't helping anything. Furthermore, you went to the trance buddha all the way from vermont and thought it was gonna be good. Well doesn't your life suck? haha I appreciate your wanting to help the Am. Cancer Foundation but if you really want to help them don't charge $15 for a shirt and play better music so people will actually want to buy them. And believe it or not im holding back because of that.

since the flood: these guys get better and better every time i see them. the singer has a really good voice for hardcore and they give it their all. the songs are really well composed, and you can tell alot of effort went into it.

back of tha neck: what a bunch of dicks. none of them have any hair except for that one kid with the welcome back kotter afro. And that cover song they did...that was the worst version of Benny and the Jets I've EVER heard.

and don't talk about shrewsbury like any of us are actually from that stupid fucking dump town. about 3/4 of the kids that showed up came up with back of tha neck from the south shore. the majority of the rest were from NH with since the flood. I was one of those who came up from the south shore, and let me tell you i wasn't too into the fact that I rode in the back of a van for over an hour just to watch some nu-metal hot topic fag talk about "the mosh pit".

pat and chad from BOTN tried dancing for your stupid band trying to be polite but you had to go and be a dork and keep yelling about massachusetts like it's our fault you suck. you alienated the only 2 kids that you had on the dance floor, way to go. You played the TRANCE FUCKING BUDDHA and thought it was gonna be the palladium. You played nu-metal at a hardcore show and thought kids were gonna like it. I think you better check those pictures again or ask someone who was actually there about the rest of the show because everyone danced for Since The Flood, and everyone danced for Back of Tha Neck. If there were more kids there, I probably would have danced for Days Gone By too.

In conclusion, it's not our fault, it's not massachusetts' fault, its not even fucking shrewsbury's fault. The only ones you have to blame for your awful crowd reaction is your own band because you're TERRIBLE. The way I hear it the hardcore kids in vermont think you're a joke too. i keep asking these guys how come STF, a band who came from just as far away as Eastcide....errr....I mean Prisoner 13 and from another state, didn't feel the need to complain about the show. Haven't gotten an answer.....makes ya think. Actually it just makes me have more respect for STF for being a good band with a good attitude. fun times indeed.
