JUST LOOK AT HIS FACE YOU CAN TELL SOMETHING IS OFF AND CROOKED IN HIS HEAD. HE HAS DOWNS. ITS NOT THE BEST IDEA TO FEED HIM MONEY BY BUYING MERCH OFF OF HIM. Unfortunately, John Dwyer has DOWNS. His IQ is somewhere around 58 and approaching profoundly retarded. He basically can tie his shoes and thats the limit oh his skill level. He needs assistance with all of his basic needs. He has Down-syndrome.
