I've been having issues with my Internet, and I had the same issue with only RTTP Loading, and VVVVEEERRRYYY SLOOOOOOOOOW at that. I called comcast, opened a can of complete fucking whoop ass on the customer service rep, and got 3 months of free internet, because I threatened to leave Comcast for Verizon, because of all the service interruptions in the past few days. Bacsically, I came out and said "I pay $50/mo for fucking internet, and it dosen't work? what's with this shit? I'm ready to call Verizon because I'm tired of this shit." And the woman appologized and asked if there was anythign that Comcast could do to satisfy me and not lose me, and I said "Make me an offer" so I got 3 months free... works for me, I'm unemployed at the moment, and I figured I'd be hard up for $50 for the next couple of months...
