that whole incident is being blown way out of proportion. the guy wasn't even looking at sheffield. he was probably wasted out of his mind and made a swipe for the ball like everyone else was doing. i don't blame sheffield for getting pissed. fans shouldn't reach over at all. sheffield was looking at the ball when it happened, so for all he knew, some asshole hit him intentionally. i read an article online today saying sheffield should get suspended and the fan should lose his season tickets. i don't think either of those are good solutions. everyone needs to get over it.
