To clean, first use a plastic razor at a 90 degree angle to crape off grime, and for cleaning I strongly suggest lemon oil. it will do the job better than dunlop cleaner/conditioner. If you do reoil, use boiled linseed oil or tung oil (tung oil has a natural orange dye, so it will darken the wood). a little oil goes a long way, and boiled linseed oil is spontaneously combustable, so don't just throw it in the trash. for best results, tape off your pickups and finish the fretboard with 1000 grit steel wool.
