1. How many metalheads out of an average ten have Nazi or White Power beliefs?

Maybe one or two per thousand.

2. How many metalheads out of an average ten are indifferent to the fact that others have Nazi or White Power beliefs?

9 out of 10.

3. At a metal concert, someone shouts out "Heil Hitler" or "White Power" during a quiet moment. What's the likelihood that this action goes unchallenged?

Very likely, since we live in an apathetic society.

4. What percentage of metalheads are people of color, women, homosexuals and Jews?

25-33%

5. How many white power or Nazi metal albums are there, and how many do you own?

Hundreds, I downloaded a few for the music (which can still be great regardless of political message).

6. What are the best white power and Nazi metal bands? (This is for research purposes only. I'd never, ever listen to and enjoy hateful music.)
