I started doing free weights a few weeks ago. I feel like I could punch through walls when I'm done now. I'm still in the process of experimenting with it. I've been doing 2-4 different exercises per muscle group with 2-4 sets ranging between 8-15 reps (depending on the excercise and how much I can lift), with at least 2 ab exercises per session. I'm hovering around 180 right now which is 10 lbs heavier than I was just a few months ago.
