The owner was suppose to sell back in dec. to the guy who owned sound tropics on 138, but he cheated on his wife, she started divorce proceedings, the deal fell through, then it got shut down because of the sprinkler system, and they needed do something with the sewer line to the street. they are looking at a lot of money to get all this up and running, all the while it is sitting dormaint and costing them money, I am sure I can get the monkey of off their back for cheap, and with alll the people I know in this bizz I can get the work done for half the price.
