The Central Intelligence Agency told CNSNews.com today that it stands by the assertion made in a May 30, 2005 Justice Department memo that the use of “enhanced techniques” of interrogation on al Qaeda leader Khalid Sheik Mohammed (KSM) -- including the use of waterboarding -- caused KSM to reveal information that allowed the U.S. government to thwart a planned attack on Los Angeles.

The media, academia, entertainers and tons of "average Americans" with too much time on their hands all told us how GWB was teh debbil or at least teh Hitlar (that's internetspeak for "really bad").

They told us he tortured people, gained nothing, made America look bad.

Now it turns out... he saved a lot of lives. And did it through a method of torture that's very, very mellow compared to every other superpower does.

Are we going to get an apology from the media, academia, entertainers and hipsters?

I'm not holding my breath!
