Here's everything we've been up to lately in short form:

Mucopus have just finished up recording sessions for their debut full-length with Darren Cesca (Goratory, Pillory) and Dave Schaeffer (Virulence, Those Who Wait) at The Slaughterhouse in Rock City Falls, NY. Colin Davis of Imperial Mastering ( http://www.imperialmastering.com ) will be taking on mastering duties for the cd. Davis has worked with acts such as Goratory, Vile, Disgorge, and Origin. Mucopus are undecided with what label will be putting out the full-length and are still in the process of shopping demos.

In other news, Mucopus drummer Kyle Eddy will be joining Internal Bleeding ( http://www.internalbleeding.us ) for their 2 month long tour with Bodies in the Gears of the Apparatus and Strong Intention. Eddy's temporary fill-in will be none other than John Longstreth (Origin, Angelcorpse, Skinless).

In the mean time, don't miss Mucopus at this year's first annual Tokyo Deathfest ( http://www.tokyo-deathfest.net ) with Disgorge, Vomit Remnants, Godless Truth and many more.

apparently people love internet rumors. john is one of the coolest people ive ever known and one of my best friends. i sort of take it personal when people whove never met him talk shit, please dont. thanks!

Vocalist Rich Manziello is no longer with the band. Jason Keyser from Skinless will be filling in for him next week for our two Tokyo dates.

why is Rich gone, and why do i see Mucopus slowing replacing their members with Skinless members, haha. You should just quit the band Justin so Noah can take your place, come on, its gonna happen sooner or later, might as well face facts now.

my DRC tribute band turned into a flamboyant metalcore band with Retch and Goratory vocals called CARL HUNGUS AND THE BULBUS FUNGUS. I got way too drunk and the whole DRC thing kind of got lost in the works.
