an old boss of mine told me that if you pull the plants out right before you harvest them, you know, tear the roots and shit. it will send the plants into shock and they will produce an insane amount of crystals. idk, i remember this shit from 2001

damaging the roots is a surefire way of fucking up the plant. damaging the roots RIGHT before you harvest won't do anything worthwhile either. your boss sounds misinformed.

like i said, this is info i randomly remember from 2001. and i remember that he grew hydro in his basement. and something else about after you rip the plants out you put them back or whatever. like i said, its 8 year old info i randomly remember

obviously not that many real growers on this board.

i've heard many people say that that resin(THC) is produced from stress to the plant. Some people turn off lights for 24hr before harvesting. I can't see why it would do much to pull them out, same difference as harvesting, just not trimming yet?
