Boston’s South Shore area death metal group Bane of Existence is seeking a second guitarist with lead-playing ability! Interested parties should possess:
Own equipment and reliable transportation
The ability to rehearse every Sunday afternoon
The ability to compose and play guitar leads
The ability to learn our songs and assist in writing new ones
Stage presence (no stiffs!)
Studio experience is a plus
A vast knowledge of and a love for death metal, including slam riffs!
Death metal means death metal! Not metalcore, nu-metal or anything else!
Bane of Existence has been an active force in the Boston metal scene since 1999. B.O.E. has played numerous shows at local venues such as The Palladium, The Middle East, and countless other clubs with many major metal bands such as Suffocation, Vital Remains, Malignancy, Misery Index, Mortician, Immolation, Overkill, Manowar, etc. In 2004, B.O.E.’s full-length CD “Humanity’s Splintered Salvation” was released by Fleshfeast Productions.
