oh great memory, speak to us one more time to recall the events of last night in this time

almost homeless was gayer then the deftones, but not as gay as their flyers or their bass players baby blue sweatpants. seriously, what the fuck. the only thing gayer then baby blue sweatpants is the guy wearing them. baby blue hats are gay too, but they didn't have those. also, kids who wear bandanas around their faces to shows are gay, this isn't the wild west. they didn't do that either. but they were gay.

ascendancy was awesome because they scared away the fag band. then terrence came at me, i thought he was going to sit on my lap, but luckily he didn't.

conifer was next, and were really good stop and go metal, experimental without being annoying. some parts were sludgy, some were more in your face. ATTN HYDRA HEAD RECORDS HERE IS YOUR FIRST CHANCE TO SIGN A NON-GAY BAND.

kevorkian's angels was fourth and were right on da money yo. they played 2 new songs, both I really liked. One was more metal and very intricate, loads of changes and fun times. the other was more punk, but blackened punk if you will with loads of blasts and yet again many changes.

basiliskk was last and also were awesome, but no band could really top almost homeless so they all kind of sucked. they are a thrashy black metal band with no bassist, but they didn't really need one because they sounded great. andrew, who many of you probably know, had a goattee and it made me regret accidently shaving mine off the other morning.

all in all, I wish this show had been at a different venue.

How is that place? Are they assholes or what's the deal? I've never been there. I would have make it last night along with the Nefarious guys if we didn't have that punk/hardcore show. I don't regret as it was an amazing show but still I want to see Basilik.
Next time.

i like the club, but the couple times I have been there it's been a low turn out, maybe bad promotion?
though last nights show did have some promotion, i think there were other factors involved

first factor was you were there and the alone ruins every show so i have heard

KC's is 3 blocks from my house. Shroud of Bereavement is playing there on Nov 19th. I'd like to see more bands come down and play. The club set up is descent but needs promotion. Any bands playing there should get in touch with me, I can help put up flyers in Providence and Pawtucket. We're looking for bands to play Nov 19. get in touch with dyingmuse or myself.
