if you are using dreamweaver, that has built-in FTP. other then that, try these:

http://cyberduck.ch/

or

http://www.fetchsoftworks.com/

I don't own a Mac, but Google works well for finding programs :-P

I use either smartftp or cuteftp when I do need a client, but those are both windows.

plus, if you knew how to actually use your mac, you would realize that both an FTP server and an FTP client are built in to the os.

Ya Mark, stop trying to milk your cousin's backboobs and fucking search google.

you already have an ftp client its called Internet explorer, just put in ftp:// instead of http:// and yes windows has an ftp server built in as well. you can also use a command prompt to ftp files back and forth as well but you need to know a few commands nothing Google couldn't help you out with

google gave me nothing but sites with 15 day trials, and i'd have to buy serial numbers. i think i may have successfully downloaded dreamweaver last night, but on a different computer. i'll have to check later. i don't have internet explorer on my mac, just safari; whenever i try to use ftp:// instead of http:// it says "components missing." hopefully dreamweaver will be the answer.
