That's pretty lame. He was basically the main reason why I went to see them live because he's so unpredictably insane.

Must have been some falling out. They took all pics of him off they're myspace and one band pic has him replaced with a cartoon king. Ouch!

dont know the whole story yet, but theyre just 1 guitar right now.

sucks cus derek is an amazing person, and he poured his heart into that band.

yea, anyone who really knew FASSW and their live show and most importantly derek knows that derek DID play when they played live, he just freaked the fuck out more than anyone else i've ever seen because he was living his dream and playing music that came from the deepest parts of him

Derek is a world class guy and one of the most genuine people to ever grace this music scene. I wish everyone had his understanding of business, commraderie and kindness. Never before have I met someone in his position that goes out of thier way for you every chance they get. I know Moe understands what I mean completely.

That band was his baby, I hope they will be able to keep it going in his abscence.

i'm still going to the show @ the palladium on Thursday, though with beers following @ Kris' house most likely
