Ok, I was just clicking some links of mine and I came across the Ascendancy link, so I clicked it and was expecting the band to pop up. Instead I got a page with selling, buying and distro of music and instruments. What the fuck happened to the band page?? Also, Terence is using the band shirts as a product for the distro/business he is running. I hope no one else knows this..(Mike, Josh, Seth) This guy has no class and is lower than any shit said on this board!

i don't really think it's that bad either. he was already doing the distribution stuff through the band long before ascendancy broke up. and ascendancy started as just terence and seth; i would assume it's not wrong for him to be using already established resources that he set up himself. maybe there's more to the story, i don't know, but i think there are way more important things to worry about than this sort of thing. |

yea he always made it seem like that band was basically his doing, i remember him sayin he paid to have their album done him self and what not. But thats just what he said. |

I guess the only way to clear this up would to be ask Josh or Seth, who he started the band with? A little weird that he would use the band merch?? |

if he did, in fact, pay for the production of the merchandise, he should be able to sell it. |
