They could have just photoshopped the rest of the band out of the picture. The way it is now is false advertising. I think Sebastion Bach had to sue the current members of Skid Row cause they were still using pictures of him in their advertising.
if i quickly looked at this flyer i would probably think that anthrax is playing cause they're in the picture, even though it saids joey belladonna in the title.. still be a good show but not anthrax.
