New site? Maybe some day.
I just got my new saitek eclipse keyboard from UPS finally and I got a 19" lcd widescreen monitor last week so I'm giving away my hp monitor and keyboard to anyone that feels like coming and taking it off my hands.
free of charge.
saitek eclipse is such a cool keyboard |
agreed. I had the hardest time deciding which one I wanted but I ended up going with the limited edition red eclipse.
best 30 bucks I've ever spent.
also, I ordered it last night at ten pm and it already came today 9from new jersey). I love UPS.
I wanted the blue one and the gaming one pretty bad too though. I don't like the eclipse II.
This thing has much faster key response than any keyboard I've used, but has the least resistence and is practically mute. Even when i pound the keys they don't make noise.
Not to mention it lights up and looks like a space ship. |
Jon desperately needs a monitor that isn't so dark everyone in photos is teeth and eyes. |
i got a microsoft wireless keyboard and a wireless laser mouse, thats about it. |
anyone here who spends 1200 on a keyboard needs to get immediately robbed by myself. |

Those things are crazy as hell.
you can program them to do anything.
I probably like the typing response on the saitek better though. comfort and response is more important than programing macros and isht. |
Sorry, but if I had $1200 to spend on something it definitely would not be a keyboard

true. i would never buy one but i remembered an article and i posted it. |
1200 is a fair price.
Don't forget that people compete in games for thousands of dollars.
If I already had 3 grand invested into my PC and took part in competitions where the payoffs were as high as 20 grand, that keyboard wouldbe a VERY valuable investment. |
id just give up and go get laid. |
Well not all of us have huge pringle can dicks, okay Keith?
There. I said it. |
I will never spend more than $40 on a keyboard because they turn to shit after about 2 years in my opinion. |
i have the regular blue saitek eclipse keyboard. 25 bucks i paid. it gets a little more noisy after some time but its still pretty quiet. it looks awesome and feels great. |
Ive been wanting one of these, so I can Game in relative darkness, or even just type in low light, since I AM a 'looker' when I type. |
Why is this $70 at best buy??
Where did you guys find it cheaper? |
Oh wait, thats an eclipse II....whats the diff? |
The eclipse 2 has a light dimming wheel (where as the eclipse 1 just has 3 settings. bright, dim, and off which are fine), and also the eclipse 2 changes colors from red to blue to purple.
The eclipse 1 is the way to go.
they are available on the saitek website.
there are refurbs that go for only 30 bucks. (http://saitekusa.stores.yahoo.net/recprod.html)
IMO you're better off going for the blue lighted eclipse 1 kok. The red lighting can be kindof harsh. The blue is more calm on the highs and it won't make your eyes burn during 4 am ghaming sessions.
There are 2 eclipse 1s that come in blue.
one is the regular eclipse, the other one is the pc gaming board that comes with an extra pad for programing macros and such:
I could not recomend this keyboard any stronger. |
dont get the gaming one... i read 3 reviews that said the darker one is better |
Sweet...thx guys.
Im ordering it tomorrow. |
Still got the free monitor and keyboard. someone take it off my hands pleaseeeee. |
