It's going to be held at the Worcester QVCC, Friday and Saturday November 9th-10th. Doors will be at 4pm show starts promptly at 4:30pm.

are you guys looking for a variety of bands or are you looking to make this more of a hardcore show? i could point you in the direction of some decent worcester bands you might not have heard of that could draw a shit-ton of kids to a show like this

it just so happens that most of the QVCC'ers go to shows only for breakdowns

yeah, make sure you bring your 2-steppin shoes haha. I am really hoping the death metal day goes over as well as I hope. I know I am really excited about it, and the bands I am working with.

the key is promoting to the right people

back in april i did a death metal show there, and went to a couple shows a few weeks beforehand down there to hand out flyers(hardcore shows)

2 kids showed up from that endeavor haha

Did I play that show? IDN, sexcrement, mucopus etc etc?

umm negative...if my memory serves me correctly that was early april

this show was cannae, godless rising, goreality, us, end it all, absence of the sun, and coffin birth

aside from trying to promote at hardcore shows, i also made the mistake of booking only one band from the worcester area haha

and got cannae like 5 days before the show, so any draw they would've had wasn't in full effect

i'm pumped for this

ME TOO!! but i agree that you should mix up the bands on each day. i personally would rather see a show with a bunch of different bands than bunch of bands in the same vein one day and a bunch of bands that sound exactly the same the next day. if its mixed in it will be more fun. plus most kids these days like some of both and its a better way for bands to play to a crowd they wouldnt usually play for, which is kind of the point of a fest. just my opinion though, either way is fine with me by the way THANKS AGAIN JOSH FOR PUTTING DOUR ON THIS SO SOON!

I'm just being cynical. some notice has to be give to the reason that people would attend a show. promotion alone won't get people to go there unless they want to go to the show. so far, this feels to me like bands playing for other bands. please figure it out (i don't know the answer) and prove me wrong.

This damn website got me started on 80's cartoons and I thought about Bucky O'Hare man that cartoon was great and Dino Riders what a great cartoon. Silver Hawk damn ok back to the real subject no we have not heard from any bands yet. Josh is currently in Martha's Vineyard and hopefully he hears back from them before he comes back then we will post hopefully what will be the whole roster.

My mom has cancer, and shit got real bad for me over the last 7 or 8 months. I lost my house and a bunch of other shit went down. I unfortunately have to delay it until another time when I can dedicate more attention to it. Right now my life is pretty busy which sucks. It WILL happen, just not yet.
