Finnish Death/Doom Act, Swallow the Sun, released their third full length album today on Spinefarm Records. I'm going to go get my copy after work today. they have samples on their website, but I haven't listened to them yet. |

i like what these guys are going for, my only complaint is that there isnt much for tempo change in the album i own. its not bad by any means, and i love the slow, sludgy doom stuff, but i like some tempo changes. kind of like the way Disembowelment does it. if not it gets kind of boring after a while. |

I just got "The Morning Never Came" -- actually from Mr. Dwyer (I figure I would beat him to the shameless plug).
I very much like this, extremely depressing, yet crushingly heavy. Any of you doom-heads recommend any other bands in this vein? |
