i was born in the 80s. I didn't like music at all up until I was about 12. Seriously, I didn't like it at all.

i'm with you, i was sheltered too. the only music i was exposed to was what my older sister listened to, so basically it was like Boyz II Men and shit like that. then one day this dude in middle school says "check this band Metallica out".
