I was so wrong, the movie was amazing. Defenitly beat the hype, and I hope it does wicked well so we can see some more Autobot action! |

there writing a script for 2 and 3 is green lighted, it made 40 million by noon monday. 2 they said actors are back but not Michael Bay still talking, and that movie was amazing |

Yea, I was nervous as hell, but it REALLY was fucking amazing. I can't wait to see it again. And I recommend sneaking in some Jack Daniels. So good.
I even liked the seemingly cheesy interaction with the humans, just like the cartoon. They also did a good job of explaining Cybertron and the fact that the Transformers are just robots that are able to transform into anything they come in contact with. Even when I was a kid, I wondered why there would be a planet of beings made of vehicles used by humans. Well done. |

recently i was questioning that as well, but then i remembered how in the first episode that they did in fact turn into different kinds of machines before they landed on earth. And before they came out of dormancy the computer on board they're ship redesigned them to fit in with present day technology. Hopefully i will get to see the movie soon. |

I was never into the Transformers. I remember when they came out, but I was loosing interest in toys at that point.
My friend wanted to go see this and i thought -'what the hell, it ought to be fun for a stupid toy movie'. I was completely surprised. I thought it was great and worth the ticket $. I really thought it was going to be absolutely fucking stupid.
I got home and read up on the internet about it. Most people love it. There are some fanatics that totally hate it. I got a kick out of that. They wanted that girl robot in it, and thought Megatron should be a gun just like the toy etc......
I dunno, I thought it was good. But then again I didn't play with them as a kid. Maybe I would have a different opinion if I grew up with them.

they did a good job but tons of silly things that didnt make sense, like Bone Crusher and the other Constructicons turned into Devastator |

saw this last night. i can honestly say thats some of the use of CGI i've ever witness. standing ovation goes to Megan Fox and her consistent hottness throughout the movie. also, honorable mention goes to that kids mom for most convincing wine drunk performance. |

that was my biggest fear that it would have been worse, thought they would show a car and then just circle around it for like 10 minutes, flash some local dealerships. |
