saw it at imax in 3d. The ending scene was awkwardly long, however. But the dragon scene made up for it.

Yes it is, I thought I was having an out of body experience when they started floating backwards above all the trees.

I was kind of upset with the films rendition of Grendel

i thought this movie was awesome and followed the old tale to the T. i thought grendel was fuckin awesome and damn scary. i also liked the way he talked in the old english style. i probably liked this movie because the 3D was so well done. i thought it would be campy but it was very violent.i suggest seeing this movie in 3D.

I agree with CGI sucking. Well, my stance is you either go all the way with CGI such animation or complete CGI immersion like Sin City...or you dont do it at all. Even then, I would rather people would just draw cartoons again.

Hope the fucking Dragonlance movie actually ends up coming out. Kiefer Sutherland as Raistlin should be awesome.
