I've been with them for 9 years... I typically send in $200-$300 untill I get a bill that says I owe them money and then I send them another $200-$300.

So I get a thing saying that my bill is horrendously overdue and that my service is going to be cut off. for $90 fucking dollars. that's like a month and a 1/2 worth of service.

I call them to stop the txts and whatever. instead of transferring me, I get hung up on. so I say f it and just go on with my life.

Today, I try to txt and I can't. People try to txt me and they can't. So I call them. they guy on the line is barely able to speak english (mexican). He fumbles through everything. Told me that I was over my limit in minutes (bullshit) and that I have only been a customer for 2 years. the guy puts me on hold then comes back and says that I have to pay them the $38 I owe them to turn back on the service. he asked his supervisor and he can't do anything.

"let me talk to your supervisor"
*put on hold*
finally I get some asian guy.

22:10 later I have a week extension or something gay like that.

I think I've now sent them $600. the worse part is that my plan is way way way too high. carina is getting what I get and more for less under SERO. but you can't get into SERO if you are a sprint customer. so I would have to transfer out and then come back in to get it.

Yeah sprint is fucking hell to deal with. Most inefficient process ever. The ONE time I had to call them involved them transferring me to about 6 different people. Each time I had to explain my issue all over again because nobody writes anything down. Also, 3 of these people fed me wrong answers. Fucking losers. I'm amazed they're still in business. I'm dead serious. I am amazed.
