was only interested in seeing network, and tyag, but tyag were a bunch of no shows. succubus and i called devon's cell a bunch of time's and got nothin. i guess they showed up soon after everyone left. suckass deal.

Bands were good, people were good, everyone was pissing outside and the show was a very fun time. Revs pictures came out awesome

if this the next BoK? it's not that hard to get to once you know where it is.. and there were over 50 people there. It was killer cause all the seacoast kids were there PLUS the UNH people were there too. Great show and great crowd... though the ceiling was a little on the low side.
I think they should turn this plae into a regular spot. Parties + GREAT CONCERTS. No more of that parties+hippie shit music.
oh, and they had no bathroom

birth rites: their first show. it was so much better than what I was expecting. I was expecting pure noise, but it was totally different. they sounded like q and not u, minus the dischord vocie. mixed with black eyes. on the last song, the drumming sounded very amercian analog set. there are 2 people from my radio station in this band.

roger carrol trustee: not too bad for a first time show. they had a bunch of great parts. I think they just need more practice pulling it together live. it was grindy one second and then metalcore the next. Curious to hear the MP3s cause I think mixed right, it would sound better. Unfortunately, for some reason, my pictures of the singer were all dark.

death without weeping: I liked this band a bunch. there were a few parts that I might ?? about, but for the most part it was pretty awesome. their sound was part way between bury your dead and deadwater drowning. dan from my radio station was in this band and rocked out with odd faces.

the network: damn... these guys need to get off their asses and play non-stop shows from now until I stop doing this site. it was as usual, absolute chaos. they even had brian back there to do some vocals. I hope that he comes back to the band.

then I went and met up with TYAG. they got lost and I had to guide them back to the house. unfortunately, there was nobody there by the time I got back with them. Jonathan (birth rites) who put on the show gave them some $$. the situation sucked cause I'm friends with both people, but I'm not sure if I would have given money if I put on the show. Though since is was semi-both sides fault, I would have offered them 1/2 what they were asking I guess, for gas to get home.

I wish I could get paid to not play, seeing as I don't get paid to play it'd make all my days off a lot more profitable.

why would a band get paid for not showing?

We drove around for approx. 6hrs + we didnt realize that there are so many fields in NH. So we called the Rev. and had to have him meet us at the Brooks in downtown Dover. Thanks Rev, we appreciate you helping us get there so we can talk to the kid. Also my cell phone has been shut off for the last few days. We left to go to the show at about 4pm. We all loaded up our stuff at like 2pm and all of us got out of work early. I appreciate that the kid who set up the show was awesome and helped us out with some money. We are really really sorry! Anyone who is upset that we didnt play, there is nothing more that I can say then it was just a mix up on our part.

We had planned on playing all of our material that is going to be on our full length which we are going to be recording very soon... including several new new tracks some that we know you all would have loved. We practice the last 4 days in a row to be super tight for playing this show.

If there are any more show being put on there we'd love to be apart of playing there.... and now we know exactly how to get there without any problem and no excuses.

yeah, it was good times. i will be putting on another show there next month sometime, i'm working on the lineup. things went smoothly, the house is still standing, and it appreared like everyone had a good time. next time i promise there will be bathrooms. thanks to all the kids that appreciated birth rites, even with our lack of MEEETAAAL.

i was going to go to this but my band ended up recording and finished our album so i wasnt out of berwick until about 11:30, but i'd definately go to the next one.

It was a pretty cool time, and for only 3 dollars. I had to pee out in the backyard, but that's always fun too.
I thought Birth Rites was awesome, especially for a first show. The keyboard "solos" were hilarious. DWW was hott too. They pulled off the show even without the bassist, and also had some slight variations on their songs since the last time I saw them. The other two bands were sweet too, but I wasn't as familiar with them.
I go to UNH, so I felt like I knew half the people there. It was a fun night.

i just wish the heat worked...i was really cold
