the MG100 is pretty decent. its the best youll find in that price range no doubt.

MG's are pretty terrible. If I only had $700 I would try to get a combo, maybe a used 5150/6505 combo if they had one or perhaps a used mesa if possible.

I got a shockwave halfstack I'd sell you for 700 bucks.

I don't. I spent just under 800 for my pretty damn decent half stack. B-52 AT-100 and a Marshall AVT-412. I fucking hate the 412 and am probably replacing it eventually.

You could take a look at a used Valveking half stack.
