Does anyone know if the shows at this place are worth going to?
There's one coming up on Friday, but, I'm on the fence. They dont have a myspace and i just wanna know whos coming around a little more ahead of time...

I've been to a few shows there with some great bands and honestly there was never a good turnout. Kind of like KCs tap. Always good bands, terrible crowds. Fuck it. If you like the bands playing, go. Who cares how many
people are there?

im not talking about turnout, i mean, just the bands that play there... i havent heard of any of the ones playing on friday. guess its time to hit myspace

Also if anyone wants they are looking for people/bands to set up 21+ shows. I may set some up or if you want to set up your own that's possible.

That's not true.
There's not even shows on Wednesdays unless it's a special circumstance.
21+ on Friday and all ages on Sundays are the typical schedule unless a tour comes through.

My band is playing ACCU Friday, hopefully the new folks get better turnouts Transient Authority did.

I actually think it's OK...both shows I've been to had a good turn out. I've been in worse places.

A very disappointing turnout and every band's set(including ours) was cursed in one way or another. The problem I've noticed there (before and after TA) was the lack of New Bedford bands on the bills. In my experience its usually bands from at least a half hour away.

Unfortunately I live too far from New Bedford to properly promote a show at ACCU.

was there a huge concert there last time or a huge billiard event? idk, either way, the lot was super packed @ 9...

They have been having pool tournaments there of some fairly big pool league, believe APA, but I forget for sure.
