ok, I finally got te video to play and that was one of the sets I was looking at. It was the ones further back so I couldn't get a good look at them, but it looks like there were plenty of cars near it.

the only thing that Lawrence ever had that was cool was years ago they were repairing parts of 495, and there was a section where they moved the right lane to involve using the off ramp and on ramp of an exit, but there weren't any signs saying you had to slow down. it was so dangerous, but going 70 down and off ramp and back up the on ramp was awesome.
